Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Axul Solutions LLC website and related communications (collectively, the “Site”).
Last updated: June 11, 2026
Important note
The Site provides general information about custom software development services. Any actual services (including software design, development, integration, and related support) are provided only under a separate written agreement (e.g., Master Services Agreement and/or Statement of Work). If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed services agreement controls for those services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.
- Use automated means to scrape or harvest content or data.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
3. Communications
If you contact us, you authorize us to respond using the contact details you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit is accurate and does not violate third-party rights or confidentiality obligations.
4. No offer; no guarantees
The Site is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer to provide services. Any timelines, pricing, savings, availability, or performance statements are estimates and may depend on your requirements and a separate written agreement.
Nothing on the Site guarantees any specific result, feature, scope, or outcome. Our actual commitments — including deliverables, specifications, timelines, and acceptance criteria — are defined in a separate signed agreement (e.g., MSA/SOW), and we stand behind what we agree to there.
5. Third-party services
The Site may reference or link to third-party services (e.g., scheduling tools, social networks). We are not responsible for third-party services or their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Axul Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for lawful business purposes.
7. Confidentiality
Do not send confidential or proprietary information through website forms unless we have an agreement in place that covers confidentiality. If you share information with us, you represent that you have the right to share it.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Axul Solutions LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axul Solutions LLC from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law; venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be brought in the competent courts located in Wyoming, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@axulsolutions.com.
These Terms are meant to help you understand how our website works and how we handle general interactions. They’re not legal advice. If you need guidance for your specific situation, we recommend speaking with qualified counsel. Any binding service commitments are set out in a signed MSA/SOW.
